One of the first things people usually want to know is: "How much does it cost?" We've provided some sample rates available in most states for term life insurance plans with an some of our A+ and A++ rated insurance carriers. While these numbers can provide you with a good idea of what you might expect to pay please note that you must qualify for these rates by taking a paramed exam with a licensed nurse. The exam is paid for by the insurance company and done at your convenience at your home or place of business. Depending on your age and the amount of coverage applied for the exam may include: (HOS (urine sample), Blood sample, and possibly an EKG test.
The rates below reflect an extremely healthy personal profile; good height to weight ratios, and little or no medications or treatment for things like hypertension, cholesterol, and other maladies. Your personal agent at FamilyInsurance.Org will give you an honest assessment of what your rate will likely be. Final rates are determined at the sole discretion of the life insurance company you choose to apply with. They can be more — or less favorable depending on a number of factors.
How much coverage do you really need? Use our (Insurance Calculator) resource to help determine how much coverage you will need if you are unsure.

While the rates below do not represent a comprehensive list of all life insurance options it does represent some of the most popular TERM coverage options at the most competitive rates available. Also, not all ages are represented on the charts below. If you are beyond age 65 or younger than age 30 (the age range on the charts below) there are still plans available for your age.
The rates represented here are fully guaranteed which means they will not change for the length of the term. Rates vary according to age, coverage amount desired, and length of term. You will notice for example, that 30 year plans are more expensive than 20 year plans. This is because they cover you for older and more volatile years of your life.
TIP: If you see yourself still needing coverage after 20 years it would not be wise to purchase a 15 or 20 year plan. You will only be shopping for insurance again when your plan expires but this time, at a much higher age. Also, you must be in good health to qualify for it at that time — something none of us can reasonably predict.
In fact, qualifying for great rates becomes statistically much harder with age. While you might not be in terrible health 20 years from now, there's always the chance that your health will not be good enough to qualify for good rates, or worse, you may not be able to qualify for coverage at all. Our agents can help you decide what is the right fit for you and help you design your own plan.
Keep in mind that there are many options for every budget. We take pride in finding you the most coverage that your budget will afford. |
